Times Three Records is a Scottish record label based in Carnoustie, Angus. This quiet sleepy town is hiding a thriving music business, which incorporates an independent record label that has set its sights on releasing material from new and established artists.
X3R is part of the internet retail group HTS Scotland Limited.
HTS Scotland has been successfully selling music online for the past 10 years. This vast experience of working with music along with the enthusiasm the team exude, has led to the progression of setting up their own record label. The first release on the label was Phil Campbell’s “Boom Town Rats” single(cat no X3R001).
His album “Saviour’s Song” (Cat no X3R002) was released on the 18th of October, and is available to buy from HTS Scotland’s website (www. sent2u.com), as well as all good record stores.
Times Threes’ team discovered Phil Campbell via a chance Facebook encounter after trawling the internet for new music. Phil Campbell had initially pressed 500 copies as a limited release which quickly sold out through HTS Scotland. The team had fallen in the love with the songs thus a new record label was formed to take this new and exciting music to a wider audience.
Recently we worked on a album project (along side the label Untied Artists) with the amazing Colin Devlin and his solo album "Democracy of One". Watch the video here for some background info and we will keep you updated with details via the artist page as we get it.
